Stage 1 - Client Requirements

Customers lie at the heart of our web design services, which is why we keep them involved every step of the web design process. At stage 1, we speak to the client about their project, and talk through project requirements.

Stage 2 - Quotation

After discussing the project with the client, EJM Web Design will provide a quotation and estimated hours to complete the project. The quotation will depend on the difficulty of the project, how many website pages the client would like, and other factors such as hosting.

Stage 2

Stage 3 - Web Design Concept Build

Once the client is willing to proceed, we will put together a concept website design to be shown to the client and discussed over zoom or over the phone. This is to ensure that the client is satisfied with the web design process every step of the way. 

Stage 3

Stage 4 - Web Design Build

If the proposal is approved by the client, EJM Web Design will proceed to build the site. Consequently, stock images will be sourced and content will be added. You can get in touch with us at any time to check the progress of your web design project.

Stage 4

Stage 5 -Site Launch

Once the site is finished, EJM Web Design will get in touch with the client and confirm the launch date. Security and speed optimisations added. Lastly. the website and domain migration process takes place and the site is live!

You can! But we would advise using professionals for a couple of reasons. Firstly, when building your website, you may encounter issues or need a specific piece of script to resolve it. In addition, often web design experts will create a site which is exactly as you’d like it – by going with a professional, you can have peace of mind that the site will look and function as you wish.

The length of a project can vary, however, generally we can get your project finished within the month. For bigger projects, it may take 2-3 months. We will always advise clients on lead time before purchase.

In addition to our web design services, we also offer hosting packages for clients – this will include up to 3 free business email accounts which can be configured with Outlook & Gmail. We offer competitive industry rates.
